    Thank you for supporting my brand!  All merchandise sold through this store is custom produced and made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your order enters production shortly after purchase and is subject to the terms below.

    Made-to-Order Items; Final Sale

    All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because production begins after an order is placed, all sales are final.

    We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Ordering the wrong size, color, item, or quantity;
    • Change of mind;
    • Buyer’s remorse;
    • Failure to review the product description, sizing information, or shipping address before checkout;
    • Delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

    Please carefully review your order, size, shipping address, billing information, and email address before completing checkout.

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are produced, packed, and prepared for shipment after purchase.

    Estimated processing time before shipment is 7–10 business days.

    Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During holidays, limited-edition drops, restocks, promotional periods, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

    We do not guarantee that an order will ship before the 10th business day during high-volume periods.

    Domestic Shipping — United States

    Domestic orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated at checkout.

    Estimated transit times after shipment:

    • First Class Shipping: approximately 3–9 business days
    • Priority Shipping: approximately 3–4 business days

    Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins only after the order has completed production and has been handed to the carrier.

    International Shipping

    International orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated at checkout.

    Estimated international transit time is approximately 10–20 business days after shipment, but delivery may be faster or slower depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

    International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed after the package leaves the United States.

    Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues

    Once an order is shipped and transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit, tracking updates, and delivery.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customs inspections, holds, or clearance procedures;
    • Weather, natural events, or emergencies;
    • USPS, UPS, or local carrier delays;
    • Carrier handoffs or transfers;
    • Air, ground, or labor disruptions;
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer;
    • Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges.

    If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or unattended packages after confirmed delivery.

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

    We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

    We may assist where reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for carrier handling, theft after delivery, customs delays, or delivery failures outside our control.

    Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at info@paulcuffarobrand.com regarding any issue with your order before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

    Because all products are made to order and all sales are final, initiating a chargeback for reasons already disclosed in this policy—including production time, carrier delay, sizing choice, color choice, change of mind, or refusal to pay customs charges—may be disputed by us with the payment processor.

    We reserve the right to provide the payment processor with order records, checkout acknowledgments, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and this policy in response to any payment dispute.
