All orders are made to order and all sales are final.
We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for domestic orders and UPS for international orders.
Processing Time (Before Shipment)
- Average processing time: 7–10 business days before your order ships
- This is the time needed to make, pack, and prepare your order
- During holidays and limited edition product launches, processing times may be longer due to high order volume
- We do not guarantee shipment before the 10th business day during these peak periods
Domestic Shipping (USA)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
- First Class Shipping: Estimated 3–9 business days in transit
- Priority Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days in transit
Note: Transit time begins after the 7–10 business day processing window. Actual delivery times may vary based on USPS and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via UPS.
- Estimated transit time: Around 10–20 business days, sometimes quicker depending on the destination and customs
Orders can be tracked through the carrier’s tracking page once your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Delays & Disclaimers
Please keep in mind:
- During holidays and limited edition launches, both processing and transit times may increase
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or holds
- Natural occurrences
- Carrier issues, including transfers from USPS to your local carrier
- Air or ground transportation strikes or delays
- Any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or backend charges once the package has left the United States
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays or additional charges.

- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including size, color, or change of mind
- Please double-check your item, size, shipping address, and payment details before completing your purchase
- Because each order is made to order and requires a dedicated processing window, we are unable to modify or refund orders once they are placed
